Cookies Policy
This Cookies Policy (“Cookies Policy”) of Omnidex Technologies LTD (“Omnidex,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) is intended to provide you with clear and transparent information regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies in connection with your access to or interaction with: (i) our website(s); (ii) the services we provide to publishers and advertisers; and (iii) the implementation of our technology on third-party properties (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy explains what cookies are, how and why we use them in the course of delivering our Services, the categories of cookies we utilize, the role of third-party cookies, your options to control or manage cookies, and where you can obtain further information.
This Cookies Policy is incorporated by reference in our Terms & Conditions and the Agreement. Capitalized terms used in any incorporated document shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms & Conditions or as defined within the respective document, unless otherwise stated.
Please review this Policy carefully to understand how your data may be collected and used via cookies when engaging with the Omnidex platform or related integrations.
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, one of the methods we use to collect information is through cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device—whether it’s a computer, smartphone, or tablet—when you visit a website. These files are stored by your web browser and typically contain a unique identifier associated with your device.
Cookies help us understand how users interact with our Services, track website traffic and engagement patterns, and store user preferences for future visits. They allow us to recognize returning visitors, improve user experience, and personalize content delivery.
Cookies can be classified as either “session cookies,” which are deleted once you close your browser, or “persistent cookies,” which remain on your device for a predefined period or until manually deleted.
We use cookies across our Services to enhance functionality, performance, and advertising relevance. The cookies deployed can generally be grouped into the following categories:
2.1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the operation of our website and platform. They enable core functionalities such as secure login, session management, load balancing, and access to requested resources. Without these cookies, the Services cannot function properly. For example, they ensure pages load efficiently or enable navigation and access to secure areas of the website.
2.2. Functional Cookies
Functional cookies enhance your experience by enabling additional features not strictly required for core service delivery. These may include autofill preferences, optional user settings, chat support tools, or single sign-on (SSO) capabilities. These cookies may be set by us or by trusted third-party providers we use to improve the user experience.
2.3. Performance Cookies
These cookies allow us to collect aggregated analytics data to understand how users interact with our website and Services. They help measure performance metrics such as page load times, user flow, and technical errors. This insight is used to continuously optimize the platform. Disabling these cookies prevents us from knowing when and how users visit our Services.
2.4. Targeting Cookies
Set by our advertising and marketing partners, these cookies collect browsing behavior and interaction data. This information is used to build anonymous profiles that help us deliver personalized ads and conduct remarketing campaigns. They enable us and our partners to serve you more relevant advertisements across other websites based on your interests and usage patterns.
3.1. Cookies on Our Site
When you visit our website, you can manage or withdraw your consent to cookies at any time by accessing our Cookie Preferences page. Your consent applies specifically to omni-dex.io. Additionally, you may opt out of certain third-party tracking technologies used on our website by following the opt-out instructions provided by the respective third-party service providers, listed within the Cookie Preferences page.
3.2. Cookies on Our Platform
When end users access a digital property (such as a website or mobile application) operated by one of our Publisher partners and integrated with the Omnidex Platform, we may place cookies during that interaction. These cookies are set by Omnidex (as a first party in this context) and expire after 1 year.
The purpose of these cookies is to support our provision of services to the Publisher, including contextual ad delivery, performance measurement, fraud detection, and the transmission and enforcement of privacy preferences. These cookies help ensure the proper functionality of the Omnidex Platform and allow us to generate insights and reporting for our Publisher clients.
While this Agreement is between Omnidex and the Publisher, we remain committed to maintaining transparency regarding how cookies and tracking technologies function on Publisher Properties for the benefit of end users engaging with our Platform.
Note that third parties (such as advertising networks and content providers that deliver ads via our Services) may also place cookies or other tracking technologies to uniquely distinguish your browser and gather information about your interaction with the Services. These technologies may be used to generate audience insights, measure campaign reach, and serve more relevant ads across other websites and platforms.
Some of these third parties may combine data collected through the Omnidex-integrated environment with other information they have independently collected about your browsing behavior elsewhere online. These third parties act under their own privacy policies and compliance responsibilities.
Without derogating from the above, we require our Clients—namely Publishers and Advertisers using our Platform—to provide clear and easily accessible mechanisms for end users to manage cookie preferences, including the ability to opt out where applicable.
Because cookies used via the Omnidex Platform are stored locally on your device, you are in control of how these cookies are managed. You may delete, disable, or block cookies at any time directly through your browser settings.
Please note that once cookies are deleted, Omnidex cannot associate any previously collected data with your device unless you re-engage with a Publisher Property where our Services are implemented. Additionally, disabling or rejecting cookies may impact the functionality or performance of certain services, including access to content or features offered by our Publisher clients.
(1) Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential to enable core functionality of the Services we provide to Publishers, such as page navigation, consent logging, fraud prevention, and ensuring the security and availability of ad delivery. Because these cookies are necessary for the proper operation of our Platform, they cannot be disabled through general cookie preference tools.
(2) Targeting and Advertising Cookies
Cookies used for personalized advertising, audience segmentation, and frequency capping are deployed in cooperation with our advertising partners. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the following tools:
In addition, most mobile devices provide ad tracking controls in their settings. For example, iOS and Android users can adjust app tracking permissions within their system preferences.
You may also be able to opt out of specific third-party cookies used in our Services by referring to the opt-out links in their individual privacy policies, listed in our Cookies Table.
(3) Functional and Performance Cookies
If you wish to disable non-essential cookies (such as those used for analytics, user experience improvements, or A/B testing), you can manage your preferences by changing your browser settings. Instructions on how to modify cookie preferences are typically found in the “Help” or “Privacy” section of your browser menu.

Please be aware that adjusting your browser’s cookie preferences applies only to that browser or device. If you use multiple devices or browsers, you will need to set your preferences separately for each.
